“Let's get together for REI education, networking and pitching deals.  The focus of this Meetup is commercial real estate investing. We find and buy Self Storage Businesses, Warehouses, Apartment Buildings, Retail Centers, etc.  We call this "Cluster Money with Smart Land Utilization".

This is a Mastermind Meetup for seasoned real estate investors, real estate professionals and beginning RE investors who want the adventure of buying properties with "just more Zeros" in the purchase price.  We have ventured from investing $150K for one house to $1,500,000 or more for projects that generate multiple streams of income. 

Meetings are once a week on Wednesdays at Orange Coworking in South Austin.  The cost is $15.00 as lunch is provided. Please RSVP and you can bring up to two guests.  Seating is limited to 40 - so first come, first admitted. note:  The cost is $15.00 regardless if fasting or bringing your own meal.
