I'm a big sucker for sunsets and if you add the beach its even better strawberry ice cream.
This beach, with its famous natural bridge, is an excellent vantage point for viewing shore birds, migrating whales, and seals and otters playing offshore.
Further along the beach, tidepools offer a glimpse of life beneath the sea. Low tides reveal sea stars, crabs, sea anemones, and other colorful ocean life. The park also includes a large area of coastal scrub and grasslands, with bright native wildflowers in the spring.
Sunset will be at 6:08pm
Blue hour starting at 6:24-6:59pm
Parking $10 per vehicle. You can also park outside the parking area and its free and its not that far of a walk.
I will be in the area as I'm attending a meetup early in the day. If you want to car pool please "LIKE" the corresponding comment.
If you change your plans please update your RSVP.
