Some quick notes:
There are generally more people that attend than shown on the RSVP list! Not all participants use meetup.
Come join the group for some friendly push hands practice every 1st and 3rd Sunday of the month. We will pair off and rotate through partners as we practice. The more the merrier, as everybody's body is different.
Based on member suggestions we will focus more on set patterned exercises this time, including single hand and double hand exercises. Ultimately the format will be free form and dependent on the experience of those showing up. So those who want to practice freestyle are of course still welcome.
Beginners are always welcome! We're all students here.
Remember to wear comfortable, loose clothing, and closed-toe shoes to move around in.
