Many studies suggest that exercising with a partner improves motivation, performance, and results! We all need some extra motivation to keep us accountable and to push ourselves to the next level. In addition, we would love to meet other like-minded friends while we enjoy the activity! The purpose of this Meetup Group is to help break the ice for those who would like to meet others nearby, who share similar interests and skill level as you.
We plan to host workout events, as well as break-the-ice events where you get to meet others, and be matched up with those who have similar preferences in types of activity, skill levels, and ideal workout locations.
