Hike near the Superstitions

Let’s hike—and work off a few holiday calories!

Meet in the northwest corner of the parking lot at the Mining Camp Restaurant, 6100 E Mining Camp St., Apache Junction, 85119

We will pick up a trail from the parking lot that leads into Siphon Draw on the west face of the Superstition Mountains. We can hike in and out on the same trail so you can go as far/long/up as you want. Wear appropriate hiking clothing and bring water.

We’ll have refreshments in the bar area after our hike. Mining Camp Restaurant opens at 11 a.m.

I would love to join you. Not in great hiking shape. How tough is it??

Not tough. You can go as far as you want. Same way out as in so you can turn around when you've had enough and go back to restaurant

Wish we could make it but Tammy has to work and I think I have to help decorate a house for a charity.

Can you go to the resturant and not do the hiking? We like the Mining Camp but really are the hiking type. Would probabley slow everyone down.
