This group is designed for those who are interested in improving their lives through fitness. This is a group designed to help create high energy environments, that are fun, motivational, and community oriented. Fitness and our health should be a journey that we continue through our lives. It therefore should be something we enjoy doing daily. My goal is to help create that environment for those in the community. This group is dedicated towards hosting a variety of events ranging from high energy workouts, nutrition, stretching/meditation, walks & bike rides.
