What we're about
This group offers evidence based techniques to overcome, manage, and control anxiety symptoms. We will provide the necessary tools to help individuals live life to their fullest potential and break the cycle of anxiety through challenging irrational thoughts and helping change maladaptive and harmful behaviors. Through the encouragement, support, and mutual understanding of one another we can help reduce anxiety, worry, and physical symptoms that are both exhausting and frustrating.
The treatment form we use is backed by science and research called Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and the only form to date that is shown to work effectively with overcoming anxiety. This is an open group and anyone can join. We look forward to seeing everyone and hopefully helping relieve some of the anxiety symptoms both cognitive and physical.
