Fear Not: What to Do When the World of Work is Scary
The world of work can be a scary place. From facing the status quo perils to changing the ways we work, to being engulfed by volatility, we often have good reasons to be afraid. And, negative emotions often breed other negative emotions. What if we could muster up the courage to face our fears head on? What if we logically evaluated inaction? What could open up? What would be possible? Who would we be? What would we accomplish?
In this workshop, we learn a healthier way to cope with our workplace fears: by tackling them first, before we do anything else.
Join us for this preview presentation of Laisa's workshop that will be part of this year's annual Agile 2021 conference.
