Sri Sri Yoga Series, focuses on incorporating authentic and holistic yoga as a daily practice. This series of classes will include the practice of physical postures (asana), breathing techniques (pranayama), meditation/deep relaxation (dhyana) and knowledge (gnyana) from Patanjali's Yoga Sutras.
