  • Rejuvenate and Relax with Sri Sri Yoga

    Sri Sri Yoga Series, focuses on incorporating authentic and holistic yoga as a daily practice. This series of classes will include the practice of physical postures (asana), breathing techniques (pranayama), meditation/deep relaxation (dhyana) and knowledge (gnyana) from Patanjali's Yoga Sutras. Sri Sri Yoga not only improves your flexibility, strength and health but also deepens your self-awareness, and centeredness with a holistic approach to yoga.
