Cultivate the practices of mindfulness and compassion in your daily life.
Robyn Beckman is offering bi-weekly meditation classes that focus on Mindfulness and Meditation practices.
The true benefits of these practices are cultivated through regular and consistent practice; these classes are designed to help build and sustain a regular practice so you gain the most benefit from these practices.
The advantages of mindfulness and compassion have been scientifically established and it is rapidly being appreciated by more and more people. Mindfulness is for everybody.
Our lives are filled with so much information, busyness and distraction that we sometimes start feeling lost and overwhelmed. Creating a Mindfulness practice can help us to slow down, so that we can notice that the conditions for happiness are already present.
Robyn Beckman, completed the Mindfulness Teacher Training Certification Program through Mindfulness Northwest in June 2018 and has also completed the foundational training to lead the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course through the Mindfulness-Based Professional Training Institute at UC San Diego.
