This is a group for health conscious people who want to start, reboot. or deepen a meditation practice so that they can feel more grounded, less anxious, and better prepared to handle the daily stresses of life. We will get together to meditate and create a space that will encourage consistency in our practices, so that we can reap the many health benefits of meditation.
