CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program that builds general physical preparedness for all of life’s challenges. A blend of gymnastics, weightlifting, and mono-structural endurance, it does not specialize. It will never plateau. It is fun, creative, and, most importantly, it works. We teach you to do common things uncommonly well, while developing a base of strength and stamina on which you can build an active lifestyle. Our methodology thrives on the effort, commitment, and cooperation of a community that shares its successes; a community we want you to become a part of.

Our instructors are certified in a variety of disciplines and we have a ton of equipment for you: Kettlebells, medicine balls, jump ropes, dumbbells, Concept2 Rowers, Assault Air Bikes, paralletes and plyo boxes. Your first class is free; subsequent classes are available for purchase as individual or monthly plans. Bring a new friend & get an additional discounts.

Why should you come? Group exercise provides motivation to push yourself harder than you normally would on your own and the variety of something new every time makes it fun. It's social nature also makes it a great way to meet fit people.
