Smoothies can be a great way to get your 7+ daily servings of fruits & vegetables and also add in healthy fats and protein with nuts and seeds. I will teach you how to make healthy smoothies with fruits, vegetables, and more, and we will sample them. This is a dairy (and gluten) free class.
Class will be held in the Culinary Center - walk to the back of the produce department and you will see it. There is no fee for the class but please RSVP through meetup or with Customer Service. I hope you can make it!
