Trail: Join the Emerald City Wanderers for their annual Halloween walk from Remlinger Farms in Carnation, WA. Enjoy a 5, 10 or 13k walk, all rated 1B, on the Snoqualmie Valley Railroad Trail, along the Snoqualmie River, through downtown and residential areas. Jogging strollers will not have difficulty, but the route is not for regular strollers or wheelchairs.
Enjoy all that Remlinger Farms has to offer your family -- the Farm Store and restaurants, farm animals, pumpkin patch and train ride around the grounds. Come in costume and be eligible for a prize. Watch for "ghouls" with goodies.
This walk is sponsored by the Emerald City Wanderers (http://www.walkingwithecw.org/). Information about Volkssporting will be available. Walkers can receive IVV credit for a fee ($3), and can purchase the AVA National Volkssport Month patch($7). Free walkers are welcome but all walkers must register and carry a start card.
