When was the last time you allowed yourself to let go of an hour to sit in stillness. In our overstimulated world it is important that we find the time to balance, harmonise and reconnect with ourselves, so we can live our very best life.

Here the philosophy is meditation for everyone - so whether this is your first time or you have a life long practice, this space is for you. South West London Meditation and Wellness offers guided meditation classes, events and workshops throughout the month.

For me, meditation is not about sitting like a tightly knit pretzel, sitting alone in the mountains humming. Nor does it have to be a spiritual or religious practice.

Why do I know this? Because of the countless people I have worked with who believed too, that meditation wasn’t for them. I’ve heard countless excuses: poor concentration. Or they don’t have the time. I’ve even had people tell me they ‘just know’ it wouldn’t work for them.

But the one thing these people all have in common it that meditation did work for them. Meditation transformed their life and freed them from chains of limiting belief, doubt, unworthiness.

Meditation is for EVERYONE and every single person will benefit from it. You just need to figure out how to make it work for you.

I am a cognitive therapist drawing upon techniques from CBT, Mindfulness, Hypnosis, NLP and Life Coaching to support people in realising their full potential.

For many of us, spring cleaning means tidying the home and organising disarray – a tidy home, a tidy mind, and all that. But what about your mind? Our external environment is a mirror reflection of our internal world; so when our minds are full of mental clutter, overrun by thoughts, deadlines, and to-do lists, life appears chaotic and overwhelming. Take some well deserved time to clear out the old, outdated thoughts from your mind, creating space to nurture the beliefs and ideas that keep you inspired. Alexandra will guide you through a series of meditations with room for exploration that will leave you feeling rejuvenated and energised full of intention for the coming months.
