This is a recipe from Schall Adams of http://www.whatisrawf...­ in Nevada.

3 large tomatoes, seeded and chopped (I used about 3 cups cherry tomatoes)
1 cups sun-dried tomatoes, soaked 2 hours in warm water, drained, and
1/8 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2-3 dates (I used 1 date)
3/4 teaspoon sea salt, or to taste
dash cayenne pepper
dash fresh ground black pepper
2 tablespoons minced fresh basil or 1 1/2 teaspoons dried (I used dried)
2 tablespoons minced fresh oregano or 1 1/2 teaspoons dried (I used dried)

Throw everything in the food processor and blend until smooth.
