• Mid-week Delray Beach Ocean Run and Social

    Delray Beach

    Run at 6:30, social at Mellow Mushroom at 7:30 open to all! This route is along beautiful A1A in Delray Beach. We start at the ocean end at Mellow Mushroom (about 3.5 miles). Turn around earlier for shorter distance. Normally we park at or near the Mellow Mushroom parking lot on US 1 and walk or jog to the official start so that we end at our final destination. We usually stop for a bite and drink afterwards so bring a fresh shirt! All skill levels welcome and encouraged to participate!

Run the scenic course (any distance up to one hour) around Wellington Green mall and the edge of the town, then quench your thirst at the World of Beer! You can get food delivered there as well so let's get out there and hit that trail!

    Break up your case of the Monday's with a great social fun run from Fleet Feet Sports in Delray Beach. The run starts at 6:30PM and there are 2 mile, 3 mile, and 4 mile routes. There can even be a route for longer distances if interested. All paces and levels of fitness are welcome and encouraged to join, including a walking pace as we will have a walker group too! Also, every few weeks there could be a special event with prizes and prices in the store! So come down and join in with the newest community center of South Florida Runs! We will head over to Duffy's after our run for a bite and a brew!

    Downtown West Palm Beach

    Join us for this scenic run in WPB along the waterfront. Whether you want to do a short or long distance, there are a variety of routes available that take you along Flagler or over to Palm Beach Island. PARKING IS FREE IN CITY GARAGE ON EVERNIA DURING GREENMARKET. We will meet at the intersection of Flagler Drive and Datura Street, on the intracoastal side (directly across the street from E.R. Bradley's). After run we will meet up at the Greenmarket!

  • Sunfest TGi5K Fun Run Event WPB!

    A special edition Fun Run for Sunfest TGi5K. Come join South Florida Runs and Run Appeal for a 3+ mile run (see meeting place instructions) and afterwards meet at Lost Weekend for Happy Hour drink and yummy food. This will be a Registration event...Anyone that registers on-site will be entered in a drawing for a free pair of SunFest tickets! Fun group - good times guaranteed! Join us for a scenic 3.5 mile run on Thursday nights in West Palm Beach (in conjunction with Run Appeal). We meet at the Publix steps at Rosemary and Fern Street. Bring a clean shirt and plan on staying for a drink and a bite somewhere downtown after the run! Don't forget to bring a few quarters since parking on the street is probably the easiest thing to do. The meters only go until 7pm north of Publix you only need a few. This is a great course for runners of all skill levels, with scenic views of the intracoastal, the ocean and Palm Beach Island.
