The goal of this group is to create a network or support for women with anxiety & depression. Whether it be situational or chronic we are here to support each other.
I'm not a therapist or counselor but I have had consistent anxiety and depression for most of my adult life. I do have a variety of go-to coping skills that I'd love to share and learn from what works well for other women. It can be difficult, at least for me, to find women with anxiety and depression that are open and willing to learn from each other. And also be honest. If you're having a difficult week, month or year, you have a constructive environment to talk in.
The intent of this group is to learn from and support each other and have fun. All women are welcome (all ages)
