Anti-Cruelty Society: Bark in the Park Walk 2014

Bark in the Park is a 5K/3.2 mile walk (with or without your dog!) to raise funds to support The Anti-Cruelty Society’s animal welfare programs that help 50,000 animals and humans each year. The Anti-Cruelty Society is Chicago's Oldest and largest comprehensive, open-door humane society. Click on the following link to learn more:

2 - RSVP so we know you'll be joining

~The $35 per person fee to register includes a t-shirt and snacks for you

~You are also welcome to purchase a separate t-shirt for your chihuahua

~We will meet at a designated location before the walk begins and begin to walk as a group as individual pace allows (more details to follow before the event)

~For your chihuahua's safety, we recommend you do not use retractable leashes. There are a lot of people walking (also bikes and baby strollers) and the leash can get tangled on people's legs, other dogs and/or bikes and strollers

~Chihuahua siblings are welcome to attend

Event Information:
~Only one dog per registrant
~All dogs must remain on a leashes throughout the event
~No aggressive animals or animals in heat
~Be sure your dog wears current rabies and I.D. tags
~No cats or other pets, skateboards, bikes, or rollerblades allowed
~Event officials reserve the right to refuse entry
~Please pick up after your pup. Bags will be available throughout the event site
~Water will be available throughout the event site and on the walking path

~Medical staff and veterinarians will be onsite
