Welcome!

This group is for anyone who is interested in Yoga and Meditation online classes.

Yoga is an ancient discipline and is the union of the mind, body and soul. Yoga is great for mental and physical health and wellbeing.

If you want to learn a mindful practice, and relieve some stress from the hustle and bustle of a hectic lifestyle then please join this group, while I host a series of yoga and meditation sessions online.

All skill levels are welcome. The meditation sessions includes a range of techniques from vipassana, chakra, mantra, classic guided to yoga nidra. The yoga style is hatha :).

For those participating in the yoga - please send me a message if you have any medical conditions or injuries I should be aware of.

All you need is a mat and an open heart!

FULL MOON YOGA NIDRA | SUNDAY 19th, 7pm

I’m holding a sacred space for you to experience a deep yogic sleep with a healing Yoga Nidra practice for the final full moon of the year, designed to help you release energy by harnessing the full moon’s energy.

What is Yoga Nidra?
Yoga nidra is dynamic sleep or sleep with awareness. The body is taken into a deep relaxed state where you will be lying down in shavasana, while the mind remains awake and working on a deeper level of consciousness. Thus, yoga nidra lies between wakefulness and the dream state. It is said that 30mins of yoga nidra is the equivalent to around 2 hours of sleep.

Some benefits of Yoga Nidra:
