What type of hikes do you prefer? Easy, moderate, or difficult? On-trail, off-trail, or both?

Hikes in the Sierras. I am still trying to complete the John Muir Trail. I still do some peak bagging but I like just hiking loops, too. I do mostly day trips but 2-3 day trips are fun, too.

Do you agree with the liability waiver? It can be read at:

Yes, I agree to this waiver.

Will the picture you are submitting for membership be good enough to give to Search and Rescue Team if you get lost? If not, you will not be accepted for membership.

I now sport a beard. I better not get lost!

I am male, 60 y/o, employed full-time and I live between Inyokern and Ridgecrest. I was in the China Lake Mt. Rescue Group from '95 - 07. I still do some peak bagging but no longer rock climb. I like to hike primarily in the Sierras.
