This is a support group for anyone serious about establishing a regular meditation practice. We will use the book: Close Your Eyes and Open Your Mind, a Practical Guide to Spiritual Meditation (themonkdude.com) to understand the practice and build up the ability to meditate daily. We will meet weekly for two hours to sing, study and do simple yoga exercises for calming in preparation for the actual meditation practice. There is special help for parents of young children in establishing a practice.
