Summertime Open Level Yoga
Hi all! How about joining us for yoga this summer? Yoga can bring about experiences of freedom, inspiration and peace. We know that yoga is good for the body and helps clear the head; yoga can also bring a sense of presence to each moment, and connect us to inner joy. Join Patti at Sri Yantra Yoga Studio for Monday Morning Summer Yoga. This is a continuing class that will meet June 4th through Aug 6th at 10am. It's open to all levels. We have a small friendly group of regulars who enjoy a relaxing yet inspiring class. We'll practice hatha yoga and some flowing yoga sequences. Stretching, strengthening, balancing and relaxing the body. We'll learn to use the breath to manage stress, energize, and connect to inner peace. We'll learn some short meditations that you can take with you and utilize in your life. Classes are tailored around the individual levels of the students. Beginners are welcome. Patti is a 200hour Certified Yoga Teacher with 180hours of additional training. She also teaches yoga and meditation courses at Washington & Jefferson College. She's been practicing yoga and meditation for 20 years. She has an easy going, down to earth nature, and is also a musician, a mom, and owns & manages Sri Yantra Yoga Studio. Drop in to a single class for $14 ($12 for seniors and full time students). Or, pick up a 6 or 10 class package - save money and commit to doing something good for you this summer!
