Love Gentle Yoga, or want to give yoga a try? Join us for a brand new class, starting Thursday March 14th at 7pm. This is a great place to start if you're new to yoga, and it's also enjoyable for anyone looking for a slower paced, instructive, nourishing, and relaxing class. Enjoy stress-relieving breathing techniques and gentle warm-ups. We'll practice basic Hatha yoga poses - building strength, flexibility and balance. We'll add some slow flowing sequences, introduce a touch of meditation, and finish up with deep relaxation.
Each class is tailored around who shows up. Recharge, relax, and restore. Learn the basics of yoga in a peaceful environment with an experienced, certified yoga instructor. Enriching classes lasting 1 hour and 15 minutes.
