Join us for down-to-earth, no stress, refreshing yoga that meets each week, Mondays at 11am. Our group is made up of some newbies, and some folks who've been coming for years & enjoy a relaxing class with some challenge. Beginners are warmly welcomed. Classes are geared toward the level of the individual students.

We'll learn & practice a variety of hatha yoga poses, energizing flows, breath and relaxation techniques, and a taste of meditation. Increase balance & flexibility, feel grounded, focused, centered & calm. Holistic and enriching classes lasting 1hr and 15min.
Sri Yantra Yoga Studio is a local, family owned studio with a peaceful, inspiring atmosphere. We have deep & authentic yogic roots. Instructor Patti is a Certified Hatha Yoga Instructor, who also teaches Yoga and Meditation courses and develops wellness curriculum at Washington & Jefferson College.
