I just started full contact karate not long ago for once a week and would like to increase my sparring level. This will be a session where we try to learn from each other rather than thrashing and killing each other so during the session, shin guards and gloves will be used.
How I envision this is we do the typical warm up first, stretch, body conditioning, and followed by light spar.
Once again, the idea is to increase our spar technique and not the power...Destructive power will come automatically once you train for a while...it will focus on the technique and speed. About location, it could be somewhere in town area. Who should join?
