Our meetings are open for people who are ready to be inspired and educated how to move from being in a rut to sparking into serious action!
We will be discussing simple and practical tips to support healthy habits such as Kicking the Sugar Habit, Stress and Productivity, Healthy Sleep, How to say NO, but YES to yourself, and Healthy Conflict Resolution.
