Our training sessions are planned for all fitness levels and experience levels in the sport of obstacle course racing. Using different modalities we will train different energy pathways as well as focusing on the many components of strength, athleticism, mobility and mindset. We train our athletes to prevent injury, improve fitness, and improve performance. You should expect:
- Have fun while doing challenging workouts
- Training sessions that have a plan and desired effect, not just a bunch of random exercises
- Build strength, conditioning, athleticism, and sport specific skills
- Learn obstacle skills and strategies, race needs and preparedness
