Try a session of my 1 hour group speed and agility core movement system training camp. This group is for all fitness levels. All my members and participants have seen immediate results within weeks of training whether it's weight loss, strength, endurance, speed and explosiveness. My goal is to focus on the most vital part in sustaining a fitness regiment which is having fun and being creative with your workouts. As a beginner you must have a start slow and go slow approach. You will work at your own pace. This is not a race or a competitive boot camp. It's all about having fun and slowly building your strength and endurance.
