This group is for anyone who's ready to embrace being a spirit in a physical body, and ready to learn how to use energy work to relax, relieve discomfort, and get back to our true selves. All the group's work is done as in-body meditations, and is meant for anyone, especially newbies.
The midday meditations are good when you need to take a few minutes to ground and release any anxieties and stressors. The meditation workshop is for newbies who want to learn the basics of grounding and chakras. The spirit guide workshop is for people who know how to ground but have not yet started communicating directly with their guides.
