  • Meditations for Awakening

    Incite Healing Center

As we walk deeper into our practice, and the light and love of the path on which we find ourselves, more is possible. We discover who we are, our place in the universe, and of what we are capable. The truth is that no one can tell us this, we have to find it for ourselves…within. In our Meditations for Awakening Series, we explore topics related to the process of awakening. What does it mean to be awakening? What are the unique experiences that happen during a time of spiritual awakening? How can I best equip myself for the journey? For this meditation, we will be exploring the topic of “Creating Possibilities that Matter.” Do you ever feel like your life is going nowhere fast? Revisit what you’re creating and choose something big! Come join us to see what emerges from the meditations and discussions about this topic. What to Expect: Journeying is a traditional way of meditating with a drumbeat to drop into our subconscious mind. The intention of this journey is to discover unconscious attitudes and beliefs we hold about who we are, allowing them to rise to the surface on the symbology of the subconscious mind. This allows us to start to work with them in our own life and bring in all the blessings associated with our strengths and gifts. In this class, you will: - Learn easy meditation techniques - Practice and discuss with a small group - Along the way, you just might discover something new about yourself! How to Prepare: Come dressed in comfortable clothes, and bring a notebook/paper and writing utensil to take notes on your experience. We will discuss the symbols your subconscious is using to communicate with you. Also, bring a water bottle if you like to stay hydrated! Logistics: When: May 30th from 7 - 8:30pm. Where: Incite Healing Center—6940 N Michigan Ave. Cost: Complimentary How to register: Please register by providing your contact information here: https://spiritintransition.as.me/community-events Teacher’s Bio: Matthew is inspired by the potential of connecting the measurable and immeasurable, Science and Spirit, to bridge the worlds of scientific theory with the magick of real-world experience.
