The Five Tibetans & Kriya Meditation for Stability - with Gaia Richards

Class meets Fridays, beginning April 19, 2013.

The Five Tibetans are simple-to-learn exercises which, when practiced daily, are known to provide total glandular balance & promote longevity. These exercises, paired with "Kirtan Kriya," (a sound meditation from the Kundalini Yoga Tradition), will provide a wonderful framework for people wanting a true yoga experience including the building of a fun community. The exercises are super for the over-50 crowd as we can tailor them to suit.

Genevieve has been teaching yoga since learning it at Club International in 1993 with Gurumarka. Just returning to Santa Fe after 18 years, she offers these classes out of her heart. In general classes are $10 Love Donation but for our Spirit Unlimited Community we will offer for free:
