THIS GROUP IS FULL. MONTHLY COMMENT FROM A GROUP MEMBER: I badly needed some healing energy when I came into this session (yes, healers need healing too!) from too much stress at my day job. The healing energy I received from Kate, Kate and Colette was wonderful and they managed between them to shift my blocking stress energy and get my own internal energy working again. I went out the door better able to cope with work for the rest of the week. Thanks and big Bill hugs to all of you! And to all the other like-minded souls who were there (with and without bodies) and Anne for holding the beautiful space!

This month I propose we talk about our Emotions. Up and down ... up and down. Isn’t this how we feel most of the time? We fluctuate between feeling good and bad, happy and sad. We like this and dislike that. We try to attract joy and we attempt to avoid suffering. We act and react, over and over again ...

You can start coming from 6.45. We start prompt at 7.15 pm

MEDITATION: I have two scripts here. The first gives you guidance on how to address these unwanted emotions. Welcome the environment and sounds around you: the air on your skin, sensations where your body touches the surface that’s supporting it, the feeling of an emotion that’s present in your body. Now note where and how you feel this emotion, and describe the sensations that best represent this emotion. The meditation is going to ask you to look at an emotion that is in your body. We then move on to be given another tool.

One hour of Reiki Share. There are two therapy rooms with three couches.

HANDOUT FOR DISCUSSION: Emotions, the two Minds. In Zen, they explain this weird phenomenon by referring the two minds  as the thinking mind and the observing mind. The problem with the thinking mind is that we don’t have complete control over it. The intrusive thoughts you may experience throughout the day or before bed illustrate the disconcerting fact that many of the functions of the mind are outside of conscious control. Whether we maintain true control over any mental functions is the central debate about free will.

Before you leave I have Angel Oracle cards for private use. It is my intention that everyone leaves with a smile on their face having well spent the last 2 hrs! I look forward to our time together. Anne :-)

Directions: TN2 5QF by car. To find my house there is a photo telling you where it is in the photo section of the main page. There will be a sign on the gate and an outside light to guide you! Mobile[masked]
