Join us in this second interactive class on the Power of Acceptance. It is part of an ongoing monthly series on personal and spiritual growth topics. If you missed Part 1 that's okay. Gretchen will briefly review material from Part 1.

Acceptance is a powerful tool that creates inner peace, happier relationships, and grows compassion for yourself and others. It’s a wonderful attitude to increase your relaxation and decrease your stress.

After reviewing some information from the first class, we’ll learn how to feel acceptance in the body. This will help us recognize when we are accepting and when we’re not. We’ll also look at common ways to know we’re not accepting, as well as the benefits of acceptance. We’ll use mindfulness, body awareness and breath to get in touch with the joy of letting go! You’ll get some great handouts on acceptance. These practices improve relationships, deepen spiritual connection and help you make decisions from a centered place. You may want to bring paper and pen for taking notes.

We will meet in the 2nd Floor Conference Room. Free parking is under building. Enter through the doors at center of garage. The 2nd floor is one level up. Follow signs to conference room.

Cost: $20.00. This helps to cover the room and materials.
This meeting is limited to 10 people. If you sign up please pay in advance to reserve your spot.
Here is a link for payment:

Note: A number of people signed up last time but did not show up or pay. This prevented people on the waitlist from attending. Members who sign up but do not pay 5 days prior to the event will be moved to "Not Going" in order for people on the waitlist to have the opporunity to attend. A reminder email will be sent in advance before this happens.

If you have any further questions please message Gretchen on the Meetup messaging system.
