Maybe you’re familiar with mindfulness or other stress reduction techniques, but you still:
* Get mad in traffic
* Have shoulders full of knots
* Get frustrated or hurt by things a certain relative does
* Get nervous on a first (or third) date

In this interactive workshop, we’ll share with each other about our stressors, practice strategies to reduce stress, and look more deeply together at one of your particular stressors, to better understand it and empower you to find healthy ways to mitigate that stress. If there is interest, we may hold additional classes on this topic.

There will be some time for creative expression & snacks, so feel free to bring (optional):
- favorite snack
- pastels, crayons, pencils or other non spilling art material
- journal or art paper
- sturdy scarf to use while stretching
- cushion or blanket if you'd rather not sit in a chair

Seating is limited to 35 attendees.
**Suggested donation $10 - $20 ** (helps with the room cost) All are welcome regardless of ability to contribute.

Note: This event is posted on multiple MeetUp groups. If you sign up please show up or be courteous and change your RSVP far enough in advance (At least 3 hours) so people on the waitlist can attend.
