Guided meditation benefits us both mentally and physically by getting us to SLOW DOWN. When our minds slow down, we regain focus and cognitive clarity. When our bodies slow down, they re-energize and work more effectively. Guided meditation is a positive way to take mental 'breather', which we return from refreshed and renewed.
