Week 3: You Are What You Eat (Spiritual Nutrition)
Nutrition is one of the core components of self-care. Nutrition is the process of providing or obtaining the food necessary for health and growth, and is the vital component to nurturing our bodies to exist and thrive.
This week we will be going over the importance of nutrition, calories, macro-nutrients and Spiritual foods that help restore and balance out the health of your chakras.
We will end the night with a guided meditation to help balance out our chakra system. Gear up to learn some important information that you can use for the rest of your life!
