A community for anyone exploring the deeper meanings of life. Meeting in central London, there are monthly workshops focusing on meditation techniques and intuition development.

Awakening to our spirituality is an exhilarating process, but it also presents our minds with endless questions.

By voicing our thoughts and supporting each other, I hope to create a community where we can share our feelings.

Meditation and mindfulness workshop Meditation is an incredible tool, which alongside benefits such as reduced stress, increased immune response and emotional regulation, can offer you spiritual insights about your life. The workshop will begin with a 45-minute guided meditation focusing on healing the chakra system, before we explore additional healing techniques. We will explore: *Different types of meditation including mindfulness, breath-work and spiritual healing techniques *Using different techniques depending on your needs (for instance: to reduce stress, to connect to your higher self or to ground yourself) *A group discussion, which is an opportunity to clarify any issues you’re dealing with in your own meditation practice (such as “I find it hard to focus” or ‘how long should I meditate?’”) I want to help you feel empowered and positive about your meditation practice. I know that it is a challenging practice, but there are tools to use to make it easier. If you need some motivation to begin meditating (or to re-start your practice), come join us! I’m also going to be sharing some very easy, but incredibly effective methods for releasing emotional blockages. There are 12 spaces available so book now!
