Text/Call Bruce for direction and parking at[masked] Tuesday Night Workouts!! High Impact Interval Training (H.I.I.T) Are you up for the Challenge!?! Epic and Challenging workout that will test your physical and mental capabilities. Socializing and post recovery shakes served after each class and is included with workout! The workout begins at 7pm, so please arrive at 6:45pm to meet new people and order your shake. Daily membership donation ($12) before class starts.

What we're about

This is a group for anyone looking to get in shape or in better shape. All skills levels are welcome. This is an amazing way to connect with others and to make new friends. I've decided to host free workouts and for those training for any races, like an awesome Spartan Race. I invite you to join our team!! Each week there will be some awesome workout sessions which include: running, sprinting, hiking, yoga, body weights and plyometrics to help us with our endurance.
