What we're about
This is a group for anyone looking to get in shape or in better shape. All skills levels are welcome. This is an amazing way to connect with others and to make new friends. I've decided to host free workouts and for those training for any races, like an awesome Spartan Race. I invite you to join our team!! Each week there will be some awesome workout sessions which include: running, sprinting, hiking, yoga, body weights and plyometrics to help us with our endurance.
