Come join us on Tuesday evenings for joyful practice at Spring Aikido in Vauxhall.
For beginners, you are likely to find that this new form of practice energises us, grows our confidence and, by progressively honing us to the essence of every choice we make, increasingly benefits all around us.
For existing practitioners, Denis Burke Sensei, Isshinkai’s Chief Instructor, has spent 35 years understanding, refining and and transmitting Aikido’s harmonious movements on the basis of curiosity, honesty, generosity, respect and gratitude. This is reflected in all the association's teachers, including our Emile Swain Sensei.
Why not come give it a try? Only by testing it can you get a sense of Morihei Ueshiba's, the founder, intention in his Art of Peace.
A two month beginners course starts on the first Tuesday of every month, after which students may join the club to gain access to wider association benefits.
