Come out and experience how Spring Forest Qigong can benefit you physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Spring Forest Qigong can help you to transform energy blockages in your body; it restores and balances your energy through exercise and meditation.
The four components are: gentle movements, breathing, visualization and sound.
We begin each class with gentle movements, followed by a sitting meditation and end with stimulating acupressure points through tapping and massage.
People of any age, or physical condition can practice Qigong. As it can be done standing or sitting.
