What we're about

This is a group for anyone interested in exploring gentle healing movements and guided healing meditation. Spring Forest Qigong active exercises are simple, easy to learn movements that, when done consistently, help open the body's energy channels and promote wellness. Experience relaxation and enhanced energy flow which can help open energy blockages and promote healing. These exercises can be done standing, sitting or lying down. Please wear comfortable clothing.
