Come practice Spring Forest Qigong! A great way to start your day with this joyful hour-long morning practice group for anyone who wants to experience gentle, non-impact healing exercises and meditation to open up energy flow, heal and create balance. Spring Forest Qigong supports other energetic practices and is not in conflict with any energetic or spiritual practice. You can take the exercises and meditation we do and practice them whenever you need to balance and calm your energy. I look forward to meeting you!!
