Are you ready to stop dieting and start making real changes? Let us help you reach your weight-loss goals by providing you with the tools, information, support, and accountability you need to be successful.

We are a TOPS-sponsored weight loss support group. Meetings to be held weekly at my home. Minimal dues. Not a typical structured plan of "this is what you have to eat" but rather more of a bunch of friends getting together to cheer each other on in their weight loss efforts. I know that I need some kind of support in my weight loss efforts as I have proven time and again I cannot do it on my own.

We do not sell foods, endorse products, or push a one-size fits all meal plan. There is a suggested meal plan to encourage you to choose foods you enjoy in moderation with flexible guidelines help you control calories while eating real food that you make at home or order in a restaurant. This is only a suggestion and you are free to choose whatever meal plan works for you--Keto, Low Fat, Calorie Counting, Vegetarian/Vegan--it's up to YOU, YOUR choice--we just SUPPORT you on your weight loss journey.

TOPS is a non-profit weight loss support group. You only get out of it what you put into it. We don't guarantee weight loss just by attending meetings, but we offer support through each stage of the journey to help you reach your goals.

What to Expect at Meetings:
- Last about 45 minutes (15 minutes weigh-in first, followed by 1/2 hour meeting)
- Private weigh-in before meeting.
- Members share challenges, successes, or goals (if they want).
- Engaging, professionally prepared programs covering health & wellness topics.
- Weekly Raffles with Prizes
- Awards weekly or monthly best losers, contest winners, and goal reachers

Meeting closes with a thought for the week or other inspirational activity.
