What we're about

This is a group for those wanting to learn Mindfulness and specifically practices related to Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) in a relaxed and friendly environment. Mindful Pathway teachers will guide you through the 8 week MBCT course with the close support of a group with 8 *2 hourly evening sessions + a longer day retreat. Single days are available for those who have experience with meditation. We look forward to welcoming you :)
