St Kilda 3182 Pages

St Kilda Social, now St Kilda 3182 was created with the aim of providing activities in and around the St Kilda area for people who live in or like visiting the area.

Who can join?
Anybody can join St Kilda 3182. You don't need to live in the area you just need to know that many of the events will be in the St Kilda area. There's no age range or limit and it's a real mix at the moment.

What's important is that all members are friendly, sociable and positive people who are inclusive and show respect to others.

This is not a 'singles' group although I'm sure many people will be single. Couples and people with partners are welcome to attend.

All members - please take the time to be welcoming to new members. It is important that new members feel comfortable and want to come back. We were all newbies once :)

Who organizes events?
Chris J and approx 18 others, who organize Meetup events.

All members are welcome to step up and contribute to the organizing of events, so that there is more to offer everybody in the group. If there is something in particular, you'd like to do have a go at organizing an event for, once shown how to list an event, it is easy!

RSVPs
If a meetup has a limited number of places, it is expected that you will only RSVP 'yes' if you can actually attend and will change your RSVP to 'no' if you are unable to attend. Pretty basic. People who regularly book and don't turn up will be removed from the group.

Donation
There is no policy of a gold coin donation for each event, however some one off events, might be a gold coin donation, for all attendees. It does cost about $130, every 6 months to run Meetup Groups.

Drop me Chris J, a message, via Meetup, if you have any questions.
