Using data science to inform development is now considered essential to building high-value products across all industries. In this talk, we’ll introduce you to how data-driven insights can be used in the product development toolkit. We describe how to create a productive relationship between your product and data science teams. Basic methodologies that are commonly used to experiment and refine product and feature ideas will be covered as well. In addition, we’ll touch on the role that machine learning can play. Finally, we’ll share some stories from the field where insights from data were key to making strategic product decisions.
