The Pulitzer Foundation for the Arts in St. Louis, Missouri opened in 2001 with a building designed by internationally renowned architect, Tadao Ando. The Pulitzer is located at 3716 Washington Boulevard (between Grand Boulevard and Spring Avenue).
The building itself is frozen art in my opinion and there is endless opportunity to create a variety of new images based on your own style. The Pulitzer is open from 10 to 5 on Saturday and admission is free.
We will meet on the back side of the building on Washington ave. There is also a number of other architecturally significant buildings in walking distance so wear your walking shoes and bring some water and snacks.
