Executive Chef Michael Crippin originally moved to the Tampa Bay area 14 years ago with a 2 year spell working back in his native England. He has gained experience in hotels, restaurants and golf & country clubs in England, Spain, The Channel Islands and the Canary Islands. Over the years he has cooked for various celebrities including Madonna, Bruce Willis, Prince Charles and his Art Society and many professional athletes. Mike has been with The Moon Under Water for over 6 years bringing Indian and British Colonial cuisine to many thousands of happy customers. Chef Mike recommends all the curry dishes washed down with Stella Artois on your next visit.
